Media Awards, 2010
The leadership team of the IM Section would like to thank everyone who provided feedback on the 2009 Media Awards Ceremony. We’ve taken your comments to heart, and we’d like to let you know what we’re planning for the 2010 awards ceremony in Las Vegas.
What’s Going to Change
Media awards — and some of the professional awards — will be presented in their own plenary session on Thursday morning, during the NAI National Workshop. We hope that a session devoted only to awards will spotlight winners and give them the individual recognition they deserve. This year will also see the return of the popular video, highlighting the winning entries. Award recipients will receive a framed certificate, plus digital files of the 2010 Media Award emblem, which can be used to identify products as award recipients in print and online. Winners will also be listed in a special issue of the Newsletter, NAI Now, and posted online on InterpNet.com. All award-winning entries will be displayed in a booth in the exhibit hall during the NAI National Workshop. As always, everyone who enters will receive a detailed critique from professional judges.
We hope these changes will make the Media Awards an even more valuable experience for everyone. And once again, we’ll look forward to hearing your feedback.
